POLPO

It’s funny how the same thing can have such different and new meaning as time goes by. I first ate at the restaurant Polpo, back in 2013 and really gave the word Polpo no second thought. I was shooting a lot of food at the time but in real honesty, I was more immersed in the decor and general London vibe. I hadn’t moved to London yet and there was so much newness.┬áNow, here when I order Polpo as authentic as it gets in Espania, I remember that day eating tapas as a younger version of me. It makes me think how much I’m not seeing/noticing now. Reminds me to open my eyes, even more, every day.
